Having lived on the beautiful island of O‘ahu for the past 24 years, Jennifer is highly familiar with the neighborhoods of Honolulu. She thoroughly enjoys working with her real estate clients to successfully meet the challenges that they face in the unique Hawaii market. 

A graduate of Ursinus College in Pennsylvania (B.S. Biology, 1980) and the University of Hawaii at Manoa School of Public Health (M.S. 1988), she spent many years teaching life sciences at Maryknoll High School. She pursued an advanced degree in the field of molecular biology at the University of Hawaii in the College of Tropical Agriculture and was awarded a Ph.D. in 2005. In the footsteps of her father, a real estate broker, Jennifer has recently joined the real estate profession and is currently a REALTOR-Associate® Member with the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®. Negotiating for her clients, she is committed to serving people with their home ownership, property sales, and investment needs. An educator at heart, she enjoys empowering her clientele with the knowledge, tools and information that will help them to make effective decisions.

In this spirit, she is currently training with the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) to earn her CRS designation, a designation that is held by only 4% of REALTORS® globally. Committed to excellence, she continues to take CRS educational courses relating to finance, marketing, sales and technology to remain competitive in her profession and to better serve her clientele. In addition, as a member of the Council of International Property Specialists (CIPS), she is working to better serve the international community. She has memberships in the National CRS, the Hawaii Aloha Chapter of CRS, the CIPS, as well as the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Born in the historical city of Philadelphia, PA, Jennifer and her husband, Larry, live in Honolulu where they are raising their three children and are occasionally able to get a round of golf in together. Jennifer is very active in the community where she resides and serves as a member of the Portlock Community Association Board of Directors. For fun she participates in the amateur athletic circuit on O'ahu, and has successfully competed in various triathlon events and fundraisers (Na Wahine Spirit Triathlon, North Shore Sprint Triathlon, Great Aloha Run, Honolulu Tinman, Race for the Cure, Tour de Cure) in which she swims, bikes and runs to stay healthy. In addition, she is learning Italian in the hopes that she will someday spend a significant amount of time in Italy and be able to communicate in the language of her ancestors.
